With a background in recruitment, Heather is intentional about who joins each Network In Action group. Members are carefully selected, established professionals who value collaboration, credibility, and long-term relationships. This thoughtful approach creates a trusted environment where referrals happen organically and connections run deeper than a quick introduction.
